Overview

Overview

• Do you need some space and time outside, to simply ‘be’ - to connect with yourself, the wider living world, and the systems, and patterns and flows of the energy of life?

• Do you need time to pause, stop, step away from a busy mind in a compassionate way?

• Do you want to feel better connected to yourself and resourced for where life is heading?

• Do you want to be more relaxed and resourced; be able to be more resilient in daily life and in relationships whether work colleagues, family or friends?

• Do you seek clarity to being your best self in our complex and uncertain world?

Through experiential immersive practices - with plenty of time and space to inquire and reflect in and with nature - you will have an opportunity to grow self-compassion and deeper self awareness; to grow greater clarity, inner peace and connection with yourself, others and the world around you.

Who is this suitable for?

Who is this suitable for?

For anyone from any walk of life; community members, leaders in organisations, anyone who feels they would benefit from spending ‘time away’ from the normal busyness of life, to connect with yourself and others, and seek to thrive within the complexities and uncertainties of our times.

Benefits

Benefits

By stopping; pausing, having space and time to sense a different way of being, this encounter will offer you insights into how to improve your well-being, make conscious choices about your life patterns and resource you in being more resilient to live in a more fulfilling way.

Approach

Approach

We’re living in times that not only feel busy but are unpredictable, volatile and increasingly destructive. A key part of this one-day encounter is recognising and exploring our interconnectedness - with each other, within ourselves and more expansively with wider eco-systems, our patterns of behaviours and the different energies we live in. We will work inside and outside in beautiful natural surroundings; creating and being in spaces that nurture mind, body and soul. You will gain different perspectives to live from a place of better choices, choices that better serve you, your relationships and the living systems we depend so greatly on. This immersive one-day programme will give you insights on how to become more adaptable, resilient and live more in harmony in our ever-changing world.
