Sarah is curious about people
“I am passionate about leaders making a big and positive impact in the world through deeply listening to, and acting from their heads and hearts.”
"What makes us thrive and how do we tap into thriving? Why do some of us glide through success and whilst others wade?"
Following a career of over 20 years in organisational and leadership development, Sarah decided to listen to her biggest strengths. She set up Loafspark to grow people to be the brightest versions of themselves, live with passion and purpose and be fully engaged in their work to create a better world.
Sarah is a leadership guide, coach and mentor, creator of purpose driven experiences and inspires meaningful ways to grow employee engagement through connection with self and purpose.
Sarah is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, holds an MSc in Psychology (Mindful and Compassionate approaches), post graduate diplomas in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and Human Resources, along with a Business based first degree. Sarah is MBTi (Myers-Briggs) qualified, and a qualified yoga instructor and mindfulness teacher. Sarah brings these unique skills together in Loafspark, to spark purpose, heart and will in leaders and organisations to create a better world.
