Are you ready to give yourself some space?

Taking a short period of time outside, to stop, pause and allow for some spaciousness in your life - to reflect on your leadership approach, with support from experienced guides allows you to sense a different way of being. By doing so you become more resourced, open to possibilities, to different ways to be and lead, with more resilience, compassion and in a fulfilling way.

Together in nature, for these times…

We live in times that not only feel busy but are unpredictable, volatile and increasingly destructive.

Meeting up regularly outdoors as a small purpose-led group of leaders the space we create together and our interconnectedness widens our perspectives and allows us to notice our patterns of behaviours and the different energies we live in.

  • Meeting outside in a blend of group and solo time we will create a space together that recognises our connection to nature and living systems that nurtures mind, body and soul.

  • Sessions include invitations of nature-based mindfulness meditation practices, some group sharing, cultivating a culture of trust, opening up to diversity of thought and experience, looking at different perspectives and how to live from a place of better choices, choices that better serve you and your relationships.

connect with yourself and others

Whatever your role or walk of life; a leader in an organisation whatever the size, a community member, someone simply feeling you’d benefit from getting some space, ‘time out’ from the normal busyness of life, to connect with yourself and others and cultivate qualities to be a resilient and compassionate leader - Space to Lead is for you.

sessions take place in Leigh Woods, Bristol on the last Friday of the month
